What a great company Protek Security are. After ringing around to get our old alarm system updated, this company was the only one who actually came round to our property to meet with us and explain our options. This is a wonderful company who actually care about their customers. The service they provide is second to none. The lovely gift we received this year for being a loyal customer was unexpected and a wonderful surprise. The service from Protek was excellent. Hannah called back promptly to make an appointment on my earliest convenience. The engineers were also brilliant, patiently explaining the issue with my current alarm and getting it sorted in no time.
Protek recently took over the previous alarm and monitoring service and upgraded the equipment to the latest specification & features. The service from quote to installation was excellent, along with good personal communications throughout. I prefer to support local independent businesses and would highly recommend.
