Protek Security Alarms & CCTV Southampton

Protek Security installed the door access system at our new Southampton office and have been back since to extend the system and service it. Graham and Hannah have provided fantastic customer service and are swift to visit or answer queries, if required. A great independent family run business that we would highly recommend.

Long-time customer of Protek for alarms and CCTV. Excellent communication, quality installations, and reliable service every time — one of very few companies I'd recommend to friends with total confidence.

What a great company Protek Security are. After ringing around to get our old alarm system updated, this company was the only one who actually came round to our property to meet with us and explain our options. This is a wonderful company who actually care about their customers. The service they provide is second to none. Thank you Graham, Hannah & Lewis for such a superb service not to mention keeping the yearly service fee the same price in these financially trying times. The lovely gift we received this year for being a loyal customer was unexpected and a wonderful surprise. Whether you are a home owner or a large company that needs a little or a lot of security then this is the company to choose. They are reliable, courteous and professional who put their customers first.

The service from Protek was excellent. Hannah called back promptly to make an appointment on my earliest convenience. The engineers were also brilliant, patiently explaining the issue with my current alarm and getting it sorted in no time.

Protek recently took over the previous alarm and monitoring service and upgraded the equipment to the latest specification & features. The service from quote to installation was excellent, along with good personal communications throughout. I prefer to support local independent businesses and would highly recommend.

Great service from Graham and the team. Installed an alarm and CCTV to our Southampton office and factory. The engineers were polite, professional, clean and tidy.

Many years we have worked with the chaps from Protek, graham and lewis are the most trustworthy men I've had the pleasure of working with, they are at the end of the phone when needed and I cant recommend there work enough. excellent company.
