Me and my family went to the Together Festival in Cheshire. We got to meet a security guard called Nathan who was looking after our camping area. He has to be one of the nicest and kindest ones I’ve met. Both my children found him on multiple occasions each day and he always gave them his time. Never once did he moan even when my youngest insisted he took him to our tent! Thank you Nathan for making our family camping so special, keep being you x

1/5 Stars - DANGEROUS, VIOLENT, CRIMINAL - DO NOT TRUST Absolute worst experience of my life. These people are dangerous bullies with power complexes, and they have been banned before for exactly this behaviour. I am 19 years old. I attended In It Together Festival run by Escape Live where Rocket Security were contracted. What they did to me and my partner was criminal, traumatic, and dangerous. ADMIN LIES FROM THE START On entry, their staff explicitly told us: "Your wristband is your ID for the whole weekend - you do not need to carry anything else." We were both wearing official 18+ adult wristbands, verified and valid. Later, they refused us re-entry, made up new rules, and pretended they never said that. It was a trap from the beginning. UNPROVOKED ASSAULT & THREATS When my partner politely asked why we were being stopped after paying £150 for tickets, a male guard punched him in the face completely unprovoked. The female lead officer - the same one who messed up our wristbands earlier - physically manhandled me, got in my face, and screamed she would "PUT ME ON THE FLOOR". I was calm, compliant, and terrified. ENDANGERMENT OF A YOUNG PERSON Earlier in the day, when we said we needed to find our friend, this same security team suggested I - a 19-year-old girl - walk alone through a crowd of 50,000 people at night to find one person whose phone was dead. That is reckless endangerment. They knew it was impossible and dangerous; they just wanted to get rid of us. FABRICATED LIES & FALSE ACCUSATIONS After assaulting us, they lied to management and police, claiming we were ejected for "drugs and assault". This is 100% false. We had nothing, we did nothing wrong. They made it up to cover their own violence. We witnessed their own staff drunk and high on duty. THEFT & UNLAWFUL DETENTION They stole my partner’s bag during a search the night before and refused to give it back. Then, when we were removed, they refused to let us collect our tent, clothes, food, car, or belongings. They said we had to go through a fake "process" and could only come back Monday - knowing we lived 4 hours away. They held our property hostage to force us to leave. This is theft. STRANDED, DESTITUTE & HURT Because of them, we were left stranded miles from home with only £3 left in our bank account. We had to pay £200 for an emergency hotel. I was left outside exposed and ended up with severe, 2nd-degree sunburn all over my back and shoulders - I cannot lie down, I am in agony, and I have permanent skin damage because of their actions. TRAUMA & MENTAL HARM I have nightmares every single night. I cry when I think about it. I have flashbacks and panic attacks. I am terrified of men in uniform now. I am only 19 years old and they have scarred me for life. PROOF THEY ARE DANGEROUS Rocket Security were PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM BOOMTOWN FESTIVAL 2024 for exactly this same behaviour: violence, assault, theft, lying, making up rules, and endangering guests. Hundreds of complaints. They were fired mid-event and told never to return. Escape Live hired them anyway, knowing this history. This company is full of bullies, liars, and criminals. They are not security - they are thugs. They do not care about safety; they care about power. They will lie, steal, and hurt you just because they can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ATTEND ANY EVENT THAT USES THEM. Police report filed. SIA complaint submitted. Licensing authorities notified. You will not get away with this.

In It together this year felt quite a bit bigger than the last, also there were so many people, who were kind and considerate to others regardless of being strangers, It was a fun experience that tells me to go back to again, especially after meeting so many great people from Rocket Security.
