please try to avoid this company. very unprofessional service. i tried to make a complain one of their service at Cardiff bay. after 2 emails and 2 phone calls, one of their manager calld me back. but how surprise: their crew and supervisiors can't saw anythink what happend under the event. not tried to protect the crowd who just would like to enjoy the event.

On Saturday 9 September at around 7.30 pm , I went to the toilet tin the Holiday In in Cardiff. A security man waited for me outside and threatened me to leave the hotel, he intimidated me, assaulted me , grabbing my bag from my hand and he stood up close to me , about 5 inches apart, he was very aggressive and quite violent, he took my bag and left it in the street . This man thinks that being a security man gives him power to be aggressive and violent. I am showing you the pictures that I took of him behaving out of control. I cannot believe that anybody can employ him. Holiday In hotel in Cardiff has reassured me that he will not work there again . Absolutely appalling horrible man !

I just attended The Chemical brothers at Cardiff bay. I have to say that on the whole the staff were ok but there were some stand out individuals that made it feel like you were not paying to relax on our day off but to satisfy somebodies dreams of running a max security prison. To begin with we were shouted through the many security checkpoints when a simple hand gesture would be fine to point the way then when approaching the sniffer dog we were clapped at with a condescending hello—ooooh keep walkiiing (we were doing nothing but walking) but what drove me to write a review was one man in particular. There was a grass verge (which was a very small area compared to the tarmac area) which provided some shade from the sun so naturally people were sitting here. Everybody was told to move into a much smaller area up against the hording even though there was plenty of room for the crowd to walk by.. this new arbitrary zone was reinforced with some metal barrier which was kicked into people sitting down. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. When the barrier was moved back to relieve one lady the security kicked her under the barrier then kicked the barrier into her again. There was absolutely no reason to be such a see you next Tuesday over a few inches especially when the area that people were cleared off from was barely being used to walk through. Security are there to keep people safe and happy not abuse people. Generally at festivals and electronic music events with a mixed-older crowd you don’t need heavy handed security and at most events I’ve been to - you barely knew security were there. Not in this case.

Witnessed this company at the Speedway GP today, allowed people to queue for nearly two hours to be told it is over subscribed but the supervisor did not know how many should be allowed in, no idea how to prevent que jumping and allowed people to climb over the barriers. Would not let this company look after my dog.
