Great service from Dean and the team who promptly came out at short notice on a hot Bank Holiday weekend to sort the alarm on my parents’ house. Good value for an emergency call-out, friendly and excellent communication.

Fabulous service from Wayne who got our old alarm system working after it had been locking out. Served it too while he was here, all for a reasonable cost. Service from start to finish was professional and thorough, and I would have no hesitation recommending!

PFS came out to sort a faulty intruder alarm that went off at night during building works. They answered my first call promptly and kept me up to date with the call out. They arrived very promptly and sorted the alarm without issue, despite challenging access. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an alarm install or maintenance etc!
