A.T. Alarms Ltd

Punctuality and technical competence stand out across the feedback for this Nottingham firm, which customers describe as consistently helpful and quick to respond. Several reviewers mention engineers attending promptly after a fault was reported, including a case where a home alarm supplied by another company was diagnosed and repaired the same day, with the office staff praised for their helpful manner on the phone.

Named team members appear regularly: David and Lewis are singled out for professionalism while fitting a new code system and explaining its operation step by step until the household felt confident using it, Brad and Cameron for a speedy call-out that replaced a backup battery and checked every sensor, and Stephen Abbott for remotely logging in to resolve a problem with Paxton access control software that had defeated both an IT provider and the manufacturer.

Long-standing clients note nearly two decades of efficient and courteous support across sales, administration, technical and maintenance work, and one household that later wanted cameras found their requirements listened to before a suitable solution was proposed. Reviewers also value the practical guidance given, such as advice on reducing false alarms triggered by spiders, and the tidy, working state in which systems are left, with backup batteries, sensors and access points all confirmed operational after each visit.
