Absolutely first class service from Tim! I cannot recommend his company and work too highly. He was most punctual and his charges were most reasonable. As someone else has commented he was not at all pushy in trying to sell us a new system ( he serviced an old system for us and managed to work around it).He spent a lot of time explaining the system to us and how to operate it and importantly told us not to hesitate to contact him if we had any problems. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Tim is an absolute star! He came out to give us a quote and for our ‘wish list’ and he was significantly cheaper than another firm who we had used previously at our old house and this was to supply much better quality cameras. He spent time explaining what we’d need from the cameras and where best to locate them. He was never pushy, just helped find the best options for our budget. When he came to do the job, he worked cleanly and without disruption to the house. He then helped us get the app installed on our phones and showed us how to use it - he’s a very patient man!
