PES Fire & Security Systems

PES Fire & Security Systems is a Swansea-based company specialising in fire and security systems. It covers south Wales and west Wales. The company is an NSI (NACOSS) Gold accredited installer and holds approval for Police Response. It is a BAFE-accredited systems provider and is accredited by Construction Line.

It operates an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. PES Fire & Security Systems partners with British manufacturer Texecom, works with HIK-vision on CCTV installations, and works with British manufacturer Paxton on access control systems. It provides intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and access control.

Fire alarm systems, intruder alarms and camera equipment form the core of the work PES Fire & Security Systems carries out for homeowners, licensed premises and charitable organisations around Swansea. An account that recurs is the company's readiness to return over several years to service and upgrade what it originally fitted, with the same engineers maintaining continuity rather than passing jobs between different hands. A charity that has worked with the firm since it opened depends on it for surveillance, security and fire detection, and reports that faults are dealt with promptly once flagged.

Several customers describe messages being answered quickly and engineers attending shortly after contact. The standard of work is repeatedly described as efficient, thorough and neatly completed, and the team is portrayed as knowledgeable and professional. Named individuals, among them Dave and Martin, are thanked for looking after alarm systems over long periods. Installations range from domestic properties to pubs with flats above, covering intruder and fire detection alongside cameras that customers find straightforward to use and dependable in daily operation. Reliability and a willingness to enhance existing setups run through the feedback.
