Repeated praise for this Swansea security guarding provider centres on the professionalism of its personnel and the care taken in matching staff to each assignment. Many accounts highlight the management team's effort to select suitable people for particular project types, and the tailored approach followed from first discussions through to putting guards in place is often described as reassuring.

A reactive and dependable service is a theme running through the positive feedback, with the team's knowledge apparent and a strong sense of commitment to looking after clients, something tied to the company's family-run nature. Attention to detail and the personal element feature regularly, as does the enjoyment of working with the firm over successive contracts. Set against this, several reviewers raise serious concerns about how the business deals with people, characterising exchanges with its customer service as lacking in professionalism and respect, and questioning the attitude shown towards clients.

Those accounts state directly that they would not engage the company again and urge others to steer clear. The two groups of responses differ sharply, with satisfaction on individual projects contrasting with unease at how some customers say they were treated, while the guarding itself is not faulted in the favourable accounts.
