We’ve been using Shield Serv Facilities Management for several months now, and their level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail is truly outstanding. From day one, their team has gone above and beyond to ensure our facility remains safe and secure at all times. The security personnel are punctual, well-trained, and courteous always presenting themselves with integrity and respect. Management is responsive, easy to communicate with, and quick to address any concerns or special requests.

I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how Shield Serv. Facilities Management Ltd operates, and I was genuinely impressed by the high standards they maintain. The team is professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in their work. The management, in particular, is both approachable and highly knowledgeable, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I received a quote for security services and was really pleased with the level of detail and transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely consider using them again in the future. Great company to deal with!

Not very experienced management company run by someone who ain't got clue not the worst company but close not what they say on Web site staff are self employed so not company supplying good security it's the security staff who work their clients sites so you may as well hire their staff than company as they don't support once on site

I used this company for my wedding on the 21.09.2024 and they was amazing they turned up on time was very friendly and no job was a problem I would highly recommend
