Perimeter Security Ltd

Perimeter Security Ltd is based in Oxfordshire and provides security systems including CCTV and intruder alarms. The company designs, installs and hires out security systems across Oxfordshire, and has over 15 years of industry experience. It offers 24/7 monitoring and response, is NSI accredited and fully insured, and provides free site surveys across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.

Services include home CCTV and alarms, business CCTV and alarms, construction site CCTV and alarms, scaffold alarms, void property protection, 24-hour monitoring, keyholding service and security guard response. Aftercare contracts include same-day fault response, and every job is signed off by a senior engineer.

In Summertown and the surrounding Oxford area, Perimeter Security Ltd has built a following through the work of Chris Cox, who is named consistently across accounts of intruder alarms, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and security cameras. Customers describe installations carried out efficiently and precisely, with the equipment put in exactly as set out beforehand. A recurring theme is the advice given before work begins: Chris is said to explain what would suit a property and its needs, and pricing is described as transparent, with no ambiguity about what is being paid for.

Reviewers frequently point to how quickly queries are answered, both during installation and long afterwards, including help recovering access details when a device failed. Annual servicing and aftercare are singled out, with one account noting that a burglar alarm fitted some years ago continues to work without trouble. Customers writing about their orders describe the app as reliable and easy to use, and the overall tone is of satisfaction with both the hardware and the ongoing support. The patience shown in dealing with questions, sometimes over a long period, is a point that comes up often.
