Commercial and retail premises form the backdrop to most of the accounts left for this Oxford security specialist, with a design studio, an independent games company, a private car park and a managed shop all featuring among the projects described. The installation of complete systems, combining cameras, alarms and emergency buttons, is the work that recurs most often.

Reviews regularly refer to the professionalism and efficiency of the fitting teams, describing jobs completed swiftly and to a high standard, with the finished setup matching what was originally requested, whether the aim was deterring unauthorised waste dumping in a parking area or giving staff peace of mind at work. Dan and Nic are singled out by name for going beyond what the task required, a point that comes up often when customers describe the people who carried out the work.

Friendliness and approachability are noted alongside the willingness to answer questions and explain how everything operates in plain terms, which several customers say they valued. Pricing is described as competitive, and difficulties that arose after installation were dealt with promptly and without fuss. The company is portrayed as one that clients would return to for future projects, with the quality of the finished installations and the conduct of the installers the themes that tie the feedback together.
