PatrolGuard

PatrolGuard is an independently owned security service company that has been providing protection and response services since 2008. It serves Coventry, Warwick, Warwickshire, Stratford and Leamington. The company operates a 24 hour control room. It averages 209 call outs per month, with an average response time of 12 minutes.

It has 10 patrol vehicles in the area per night. Services include key holding and alarm response, patrols, locking and unlocking, vacant property management and short-term protection for properties on the market, and a free security risk assessment. PatrolGuard has provided BVC with security and lock-up services from 2008.

PatrolGuard, a security service in Coventry, has looked after commercial premises for extended periods, with one client reporting around twelve months of cover and another describing security and lock-up duties stretching back to 2008. That client highlights reliability, reactivity and flexibility toward changing requirements as consistent features of the arrangement, adding that the personnel are genuinely pleasant to deal with.

Lock-up services form part of the work, indicating that sites are secured at the close of business. A second account records no faults at all over the period of engagement. Both customers are organisations rather than private households, and both express satisfaction with the guarding provided, the longer association being presented as evidence of that contentment.
