SENTURIAN SECURITY GROUP LTD

Senturian Security Group Ltd, also known as Centurion Security, was established in 2006. The company is SIA approved for security guarding services and its staff are vetted to BS7858 standards. It holds SafeContractor and Constructionline accreditations, and its officers are CSCS-certified.

The firm works to ISO 9001:2015 Quality standards. It has protected construction sites since 2008. It provides security for sports events, including for The Wasps Rugby Club and Coalville Town Football Club. Main services include static guarding, gatehouse duties, and door supervision.

Coventry-based SENTURIAN SECURITY GROUP LTD provides security guarding, and accounts from those who have used the service present a mixed picture. More than one customer describes the door supervision supplied as professional and presentable, with named staff such as Ash and Salvo singled out for their manner and competence. One recurring theme is the helpfulness of personnel in managing entry and explaining rules to visitors, a point that comes up often among those who booked teams for hospitality venues.

The same accounts note that most operatives performed well in busy conditions. Set against this, a number of reviewers report problems with reliability. Complaints include operatives spending time on personal phones rather than attending to incidents, leaving venue staff to manage difficult situations unaided, and a booking where one of two supervisors did not meet expectations.

Concerns are also raised about pension contributions deducted from wages without reaching the provider, described by some as a serious breach of trust. Communication after the event is mentioned as an area where responses were not always satisfactory. The company remains engaged in security service work across the region, and reviews highlight both the strengths of individual staff and the consistency issues that customers have encountered.
