These guys do security at a venue I visit on a weekly basis. Not only are they the nicest people, I come across they've got eyes and ears everywhere. They are so incredibly quick when it comes to responding to situations, they deal with each situation in utmost professional manner. I have to leave a review as I will never forget when one security officer noticed a guy come up to me and my friend who was originally alone..Michelle kindly checked in to see if we were okay and if there were any problems to let her know which I felt was so lovely. It demonstrates the kindness the staff have but also showing a duty of care to all customers in situations where there is potential to escalate. I actually have had really nice interactions with majority of the staff in question. Sam is always everywhere in the club, never stops, patrolling everywhere and communicating with other security officers. He also has a good rapport with staff! Kyle is also very good at his job, the amount of patience he has with some customers is incredible. He has a certain talent of de-escalating situations in a calm manner and always brings calm to a situation where it could look like it could get out of control. Overall though I think having this security firm working in the yard is a good choice. They are all very friendly but professional and gives a reassurance of that added safety to customers on a night out. Thank you for everything you have done guys, it has not gone unnoticed!

We have a small holding with a couple of fishing pools. Obviously, there is more fishing done in the warmer weather, but by April last year, we’d already been visited by 3 different groups who thought it ok to help themselves to our fish. We have CCTV, with signs stating this, but it still wasn’t a deterrent. At this point we sort the help of Semper Security, whom erected signs and did random mobile patrols. From the day that Semper got involved we haven’t had one issue with any unwanted visitors, a 100% success rate. We couldn’t be happier, the fish are safe, no more call outs from the CCTV going off, and money saved from not having to replace any fish. Semper we’re very professional from day one, did everything they said they would, and the results speak for themselves, we can’t recommend them highly enough Napton Fishing Pools
