Patrol Alarm Systems Ltd

Patrol Alarm Systems Ltd is a privately owned company established in 1969. It is registered as a limited company in England and Wales. The company holds NSI NACOSS Gold Accreditation and ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation, and is a National Security Inspectorate-approved installer. It serves the West Midlands, including Birmingham and Solihull public sectors. Patrol Alarm Systems Ltd specialises in alarm installation and alarm maintenance, and provides security systems for home, office, industrial, and retail security.

Scheduled maintenance visits are what customers of this Birmingham security specialist mention most often, with engineers turning up promptly and handling routine servicing without disruption. Long-standing clients who have relied on the firm for years describe the support as steady and professional, covering alarms and access control for both homes and businesses. Praise centres on the depth of knowledge among the team: Darren is named for thorough, friendly servicing that leaves the system fully understood, while Phill's decades in the trade are noted when faults are traced.

Response to problems is quick, and reviewers value the readiness to attend for disconnection and reconnection while building work is under way. Workmanship is consistently described as tidy, with installations and replacement systems left neat and the premises treated carefully. When a Net 2 system caused trouble, the cure was a full replacement rather than a temporary patch, and the equipment fitted is spoken of as high quality. Explanations before and after the job recur in accounts, and the wider office and engineering staff come across as courteous and accommodating.
