Great service. After 3yrs of being denied my engineers code by a previous company. James quickly & professionally sorted it and left me with instruction of what I need to do if I have a fault again. I would recommend.
Richard fitted our house alarm back in 1998 after our shed was broken into, the shed is alarmed to the house. Neighbourhood Alarms were recommended to me by the police. I would advise anyone who is contemplating having a house alarm to use Richard and James, and importantly have the alarm installation serviced every year. Unreservedly recommended.
Just moved into a new house with a Neighbourhood Alarm System already installed. Had it serviced and set up with the home app. James was great !! super easy to deal with and explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend Neighbourhood Alarm Systems and happy to support a local family business. 👍
Brilliant service from Jim yesterday, helping us understand our alarm system as we had no left over paperwork and giving us all brand new documents, very reasonably priced for a service and battery change! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic service. We were notified in advance for our yearly alarm check as well as a text and a phone call leading up to the appointment. James and his Dad are very friendly and professional. It's nice to have a friendly person take care of the alarm
Having had an alarm installed in my home and separately in my garage since 2004 I have had nothing but excellent service from both James and Richard over the years. The servicing is well worth it for peace of mind. Having had some electrical work done at the house the alarm was triggered and we could not switch it off. We used their callout and they arrived in 20 mins, sorted the problem out - no charge. Excellent, prompt, courteous and clean workers. Would recommend always.
