Nissan South Gate Security

Friendly, well-organised gate security at the Sunderland site is the theme that runs through the accounts. Several reviewers describe the staff at the barrier as welcoming, approachable and consistently good-humoured, with one recalling that the guards were smiling and pleasant throughout the visit. A theme running through the feedback is the efficiency of the access process: suppliers are logged and admitted promptly, and drivers who arrive by mistake or after a wrong turn are helped rather than turned away.

Reviewers frequently point to that directions and routes are explained clearly, and that people are pointed towards the correct entrance without delay. The coordination of arrivals and departures is described as smooth, with documentation checked properly so that entry is both quick and orderly. Visitors also remark on the friendly reception given to delivery drivers and contractors, including help with navigation after an error.

The service is portrayed as reliable and calm, handling the flow of vehicles at a busy industrial entrance without friction. Courtesy at the gate, from the first greeting to the final instruction on which way to head, is a recurring source of positive comment among those passing through, and the patient, helpful manner of the team stands out alongside their practical knowledge of the site.
