Alpha J Security Services 24/7 Security guards

Alpha J Security Services was founded in 2004 and has over 15 years of experience. The company is based in Sunderland and provides nationwide coverage across the UK. Its Managing Director is Paul Jenner, Head of Operations is Greg Butler, Regional Manager is Gary Warren, and Area Manager is Michael Sayers. Alpha J Security provides security services to more than 50 pubs and clubs across the North East and has secured over 100 solar and wind farms across the UK. It works with multiple councils nationwide under government contracts.

The firm provides SIA-licensed door supervisors and K9 units with NASDU-trained handlers. Services include static guards, door supervision, K9 units, key holding, alarm response, CCTV, and cleaning. Staff undergo a structured and comprehensive training programme, including site-specific training. The company maintains compliance with regulations from governing bodies such as the CQC and HSE, and its services are aligned with the Security Industry Authority. It operates a routine auditing process for quality assurance.

Protection of licensed premises, retail sites and outdoor events runs through the accounts left by customers of this Sunderland-based security provider. A number of reviews mention the professionalism and dependability of the guards assigned to pubs, nightclubs, shops and a storage yard, with key holding for several locations described as handled without issues. Something that features in review after review is the approachable and well-trained nature of the door staff, who are said to manage the difficulties of night shifts and to keep colleagues safe through the night and at locking-up time.

Fast response and punctual attendance feature across the feedback, including an occasion when the team kept watch over a public house overnight after a break-in. Several customers note the speed of communication and the willingness to cover any areas requested of them, and the assurance of knowing premises are safeguarded around the clock is a recurring theme. Work at a festival across all venues appears in the accounts, as do long-standing arrangements with licensed trade clients in the town. Greg, named in feedback, is associated with clear communication and a helpful manner.
