Innovate Alarms Ltd.

Great company, who responded to my call for assistance within a couple of hours. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Best alarm company in the area.

Pleasant , mannerly and very knowledgeable young man is Lewis.

Had a repair call answered by Innovate Alarms, prompt and efficient, thankyou.

Well pleased with entire installation. Very professional service from installer (Lewis) from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Great service from a professional team. Would thoroughly recommend. Arrive when agreed and responsive to fit in with other time commitments.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was clear, the installation was carried out professionally, the system was thoroughly tested, and everything was explained properly before they left. The installer was punctual, tidy, and took the time to make sure the system was set up exactly how we wanted, including walking us through how to use it confidently and setting it up with the WiFi and mobile app. The work itself was neat and unobtrusive, and the system feels solid and well thought-out. Overall a very smooth experience — would happily recommend.

Have use for about seven years and always happy with the service. Used a few in past twenty years this company is the best, great communication, good service and response times
