Homeowners and landlords in Peterborough seeking alarm and camera work describe a consistently smooth experience with this company. Several customers highlight installations carried out to a high standard, with cabling and equipment left neat and the property tidied afterwards, and work often finished within a single day. Asif is named repeatedly as knowledgeable, responsive and honest, taking time to explain the options before any commitment and giving clear guidance on cost and realistic arrival times.

Reliability and punctuality come up often, including one account of an out-of-hours house alarm fault resolved within the hour and another of a problem diagnosed over the phone rather than through an unnecessary visit. Reviewers mention that he coordinated with other trades during a property renovation so the alarm could be fitted alongside cladding work, and that a system for a customer with additional needs was set up fully, including the app and a walkthrough of its use. CCTV quality, burglar and fire alarm replacement, door contacts, motion detectors and control panels feature in accounts of completed jobs, alongside aftercare and advice offered once the installation was finished.
