In 2005, it became the UK's first BS8418-compliant remote monitoring station.
It was also the first alarm receiving centre to become BS9518 compliant. The company has a team of 40-plus staff. It provides security to 3 of the top 5 retail companies and to 16 of the 20 largest car dealerships in the UK. Its client list includes two global logistics companies and two of the UK's largest solar farm companies. Farsight Security Services Ltd only provides remote monitoring and does not provide security installation or maintenance services.

The people who work here struggle in using a computer and phone. I was told completely different information then I asked for, and was constantly sent on a spiral of trying to call back and asking for the smallest pieces of clarification. It was hard enough to get through and when I finally did manage to reach them, they somehow managed to schedule an appointment to set to take place in the past. Absolute embarrassment for a company that specialises in security and I.C.T. and what a waste of time. Edit: I got the right business, the owner doesn't know how to use a computer properly or posses basic social skills.
Extremely poor service and would not recommend at all. Trying bill me for items that were never supplied and a complete shambles to setup in the first place. Worst monitoring service would not trust at all.
I really appreciate the help I received from Isaac at farsight a few weeks ago. We had an issue with our security system and with his very useful and easy step by step process we no longer have issues with it. He should give himself a pat on the back because it has saved the company I work for a lot of hassle and money!!! 5/5 starts from us.
I have only praise for the service provided by Farsight. From the initial conversations with Chris (BDM) through to Teresa and Benn in Tech Support. They have made the whole process uncomplicated with their support and are extremely professional.
The journey with Farsight with Chris, Benn & Thersea, was effortless and very well informed. They provided superb service from the onset of the engagement until the site was live. I would thoroughly recommend Farsight and the service they provide
