The Constellation Group

Friendliness and professionalism stand out as the qualities most frequently ascribed to The Constellation Group, with management and office personnel regularly described as welcoming and approachable. Clients who completed refresher training through the provider speak well of how the sessions were run and the value they took from them. Efficiency is another recurring strand, with the personnel supplied said to match precisely what a security operation requires. A point that comes up often is the ease of dealing with management and office staff when assignments are arranged or requirements discussed, and this communication is appreciated both before and after work begins.

The depth of knowledge within the team is singled out as a particular strength, and the overall provision is repeatedly characterised as thoroughly professional. Several reviewers express a wish to keep the working relationship going, while the general tone of the feedback reflects satisfaction with both the guarding and the training delivered. Several accounts describe the people they encountered as capable and straightforward to work alongside, an impression that appears central to the company's standing among its client base and one that runs consistently across different accounts rather than being confined to a single contract or team.
