Have been a customer of Fuse to my great satisfaction. They respond to problems with absolute professional ability and most importantly speed . I will obviously continue to be a customer as they charge with realistic billing and first class service. They installed my Alarm system and then extended my security with adding a comprehensive CCTV system. Follow up and service are what you need and with Fuse you certainly get both Richard McLaughlin
Patrick responded quickly to my contact. He made a visit the next day and sorted my issues within an hour. Also gave good advise on the next steps. Many thanks. Can strongly recommend.
Patrick and Graham were very professional explained everything in great detail.Very neatly installed would highly recommend to anyone.
Fabulous customer service and an excellent product. Patrick put the time into getting a system just right for me and my home, suggesting good options at a great price. He responded promptly and professionally to any question. The installation went very smoothly: arriving on time, checking I was good with the position of everything, explaining the system clearly, and cleaning up before leaving. It was a pleasure working with Patrick and his team
Fuse installed both a cctv system and an intruder alarm for us. The upfront quote was very competitive and the installation was carried out very quickly, professionally and very tidily. We had a couple of accidental alarms due to our grandchildren setting off the alarm, but help is only a phone call away to help me reset the system. An excellent firm, which I am happy to recommend to everyone.
I’ve used fuse to complete a few home security jobs and they have been exceptional each time, great communication, professional engineers and reasonable in price. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again in the future
I recently installed an alarm system in a new build house and needed FUSE to commission it. They did an excellent job and had it up and running in know time. I will be using FUSE from now on and highly recommend them . Andy
