Belfast-based CCTV Solutions NI draws consistent praise for its work across both camera systems and automated gates, with several customers having commissioned the firm for repeat projects on demanding premises. Robert is the name that recurs throughout the feedback, singled out for his technical knowledge and for his knack of getting to the bottom of faults that had previously proved troublesome, including a pre-existing camera setup at a recently purchased property that was brought back into service without delay.

Reviewers frequently highlight the dependability of the completed work, noting that the automatic gate mechanism has proved sturdy and straightforward to operate in everyday use, and that the finish across installations has been to a notably high standard. His friendly disposition and the ease of communication before, during and after each job are mentioned again and again, as is a habit of doing more than the brief strictly demanded. Quick replies and a readiness to tackle awkward or complex installations run through the accounts, alongside a consistently professional approach on site. Domestic and larger commercial settings both feature, and the unifying thread is satisfaction with the finished result and with the conduct of the individual delivering it.
