Lucid Fire & Security

Lucid Fire & Security Ltd was established in 2017. It is accredited by the Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB). As a registered SSAIB company, Lucid Fire & Security can provide insurance approved installations and police compliant grade systems. The company's team of fully accredited engineers are situated across Northern Ireland, covering key areas including Belfast. Lucid Fire & Security provides security systems, fire safety systems and data solutions for home or business.

Lucid Fire & Security comes across in customer accounts as a dependable provider of fire and security systems in Belfast. Reviewers describe work on faulty intruder alarms and the installation of CCTV cameras, frequently linked to a phone so footage can be checked remotely, and one account covers a new-build property where an alarm and camera setup was fitted with cabling left straight and neat, including in the loft. Punctuality and reliability are recurring themes, with engineers arriving as arranged, completing installations within a few hours, and responding promptly when faults arose.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the advice given before work began, particularly property surveys during which camera choices and costs were talked through and ongoing support was explained. Named individuals, Ross and Nicki, are singled out for being straightforward, approachable and easy to deal with. Commercial clients using the firm for fire and monitoring systems across multiple sites praise the regular inspections, the sense that no task is too small, and the way communication is handled before and after each job. Competitive pricing and the tidy finish of completed installations also feature.
