They configured the system as I requested it however I later changed my mind. They came back changed the configuration with no hastle or charge. Well recommended.

Our own system, for example - now eleven years old - has just had an annual service today (1st August 2025) & performs as per the original specification, other than the normal consummable items such as replacement batteries over the systems lifetime. [PS Don't be fooled by current TV advertising campaigns for systems which apparently promise aspects of security - such as an in-directly linked police response - which in fact they cannot & are unable to deliver]

Great technical advice, faultless installation, fair price….Jim is very helpful and nothing is too much bother for him. Left my home clean and tidy, removed the old alarm system and even caulked holes and re-painted walls, including the exterior gable wall where the old alarm box was fitted. First class service. It was 2am just over a week ago when I heard a high-pitched noise in the house. After a search downstairs, it turned out that the battery backup for my house alarm had died. With the low battery alert then silenced, later that day I asked a good friend (who knows about this stuff) if he had any recommendations. Without hesitation, he suggested Disc Security. I had no memory of the alarm even being serviced, so I figured that a professional visit was long overdue. I was blown away by the excellent customer service at Disc Security from the very first call with Kimberly. A few days later, it was the owner himself, Jim, who dropped by. With decades of experience and a genuine manner, Jim checked it all thoroughly. We soon realised that the ancient alarm system was way past its best. There were no pressure sales, and it was very sensible pricing, so we thought it through and opted to get a new system. Together with the high level of customer service, it was an easy decision, and the new alarm was installed within days. Decent, modern technology, lovely job, no mess. Jim took plenty of time to explain how the keypad and the phone app work, and how to get the best out of the system. It all seems really straightforward. Always grateful for a top recommendation and extremely happy to pass it on!
