Professional, trustworthy, does what he says he needs to, no added extra costs, work is always to an excellent standard. Brian always answers his messages same day. We are 100% happy with our cctv and alarm system .
Been using Brian at Diamond for years for alarms & CCTV at our houses. Cannot speak any more highly about him and his service. Great value and reasonably priced work. Always very friendly, great work, extremely tidy and importantly you can trust him as his knowledge and experience is second to none.
Had a broken alarm going off at 5am, called and Brian arrived really quickly despite the early time. Issue was sorted super fast, great service!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Diamond Security Services. Brian was knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. His response to my call was timely, even though it was on a Sunday morning, which really shows the value of their 24-hour service. I highly recommend him for their professionalism and reliability. I will be contacting them in the future for any further needs to do with my security systems.
Brian to the rescue literally very late on a Sunday night. His calm voice and knowledge of systems saved the day (the night and the neighbours). Highly recommended.
