It offers a free on-site survey and uses professional, insured installers. Mega CCTV Ltd has completed over 400 projects. In 2020, it expanded its security services to include CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and smart security solutions. In 2023, it strengthened its presence across the North East.

Security camera installation for homes and businesses runs through the feedback, with reviewers describing systems fitted at domestic and commercial premises across Newcastle upon Tyne. Mr Waqas is named repeatedly for his knowledge of CCTV, helping customers choose suitable equipment and siting cameras to cover driveways and rear gardens. The turnaround is a recurring theme, with some installations finished inside half an hour, and the finish is described as neat, with mess cleared away once the work ended. Prices are consistently called reasonable and competitive, and communication around the job draws praise, including clear explanations of how the live recorder and mobile viewing work.

After-sales care features in several accounts, among them a hard drive fault attended to quickly and a monitor fitted alongside a replacement drive. Reviewers also mention that installations went ahead without interrupting trade at nearby shops and that appointments were kept, with the team remaining polite and helpful and answering questions as the job progressed. Many note the convenience of handing over keys so work could proceed without the customer being present, and the reliability of the cameras since they were fitted.
