Tyneside CCTV

Tyneside CCTV is a small, local business based in Newcastle upon Tyne. It serves customers of all sizes across Newcastle and the North East. The company has a background in networked IT and security. It offers fully managed, interactive and user-friendly IP CCTV systems.

Its services can be integrated with existing intruder prevention and fire alarm systems. Tyneside CCTV provides home and business CCTV and security solutions, including video doorbells, high definition HikVision CCTV systems and smart home alarm systems.

Cameras fitted following an attempted break-in, a commercial gym brought back online, and older systems repaired are among the jobs described by customers of this Newcastle upon Tyne installer. Across the feedback a clear routine emerges: Noel visits to assess the property, sets out the available options and provides a quotation without any pressure, then returns to complete the installation. High definition cameras are the equipment most often named, and several reviewers remark on how neatly the cabling is concealed and how the grey units blend into their surroundings.

Speedy, efficient fitting with little disruption is a recurring theme, particularly where a business needed to keep operating. More than one review highlights the aftercare, describing quick call-backs when a camera failed or a hard drive developed a fault, with replacement parts supplied and remote access configured on mobile phones. Advice on where to position cameras, an approachable and trustworthy manner, and reasonable pricing are noted, alongside the readiness to adjust a single unit or answer follow-up questions long after the work was signed off. Existing systems are also diagnosed and restored rather than replaced outright.
