Lots of information and real good reviews on Google, didnt need to read all 500. Contacted them by phone and spoke to Katie who I found to be a very pleasant, respectful lady who after explaining the problem I was having with my present alarm , she was able to take time to explain and advise on what was needed and costs. I decided to use CTB and a booking was made with the work to be carried out which was within 3 days. 11/10 for Katie. On the day, call from Katie that the engineer was on his way and his name was Jack ,who arrived right on time. First impression was his vehicle which was clean and had company details. He introduced himself, and before entering the house offered to remove his footwear, didn't need to, but it was nice of him to offer. Found Jack to be an excellent worker, who was most respectful and friendly, He certainly knew what he was doing and explained as he went along what he was doing and showing me the faults and dangers that my old system had become. When he had finished the installation although there was no mess as he had tidied up as he went along, he was insistent on hoovering the areas where he had been fitting the sensors. Jack then went through everything I needed to know on the operation of the newly fitted alarm system. CTB should be proud of Katie and Jack and having them on the Company Team So for Jack also 11/10.
I’ve just had my annually service on my house alarm from CTB. Jack came out from CTB. What a lovely guy. Present himself really well & his knowledge to house Alarms and servicing them is outstanding. Highly recommend him for any to do with House Alarms. Thanks jack.
