Annual maintenance visit went very well. Kyle again, still excellent, and this time he was training a new colleague too. All nicely organised by Morgan in the office (and Oliver on the day to let me know when the engineers would be arriving). CSN engineers are so respectful, I never ask visitors to remove their shoes, but the engineers always do instinctively.
Alarm installation Many thanks go to the engineer Ted who carried out the installation in an efficient and professional manner, this was carried out to our complete satisfaction, On completion he explained everything in detail about how to use the system,then before leaving made sure everything was left clean and tidy, He was polite and friendly throughout. Thanks also to Morgan and to George for all their help I would certainly recommend this company James Johnson
We have just had our old home burglar alarm system renewed by CSN Services and I must say from the staff answering the telephones to the two engineers (Oli and Ted) that installed our alarm where all very polite and helpful. Oli and Ted were very good workers once the alarm was installed they cleaned up leaving no mess and they made sure we understood how the system worked before they left I would not hesitate to recommend CSN Services to my friends and family.
We have used CSN Services for our burglar alarm maintenance for many years. They always provide a good service and we have recommended them to many friends.
