What a fabulous service I have received today! My gates had come off the runners in the heat and I rang Richard and within the hour my gates were back in place. 5 star!

We have used Controlled Vehicle Access Systems for two years now and have been very impressed with the service. Rich and Ollie are both super helpful and on hand in helping us with any issues with our front gates.

I contacted Richard after receiving a very high quote from another company. Richard arranged for Ollie to come out and assess the situation. Ollie took time to explain about the gates, how to replace the batteries in the sensors and even did a video for me showing us how to put the gates in manual mode. He also confirmed what I had suspected that we didn’t need to spend £1000 on 2 sensors! They are very reasonably priced and are a family business who clearly care about their customers. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we are very grateful we have them looking after our electric vehicle gates going forward. Highly recommended 😊

Richard came to fix and service our gate and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. The job took much longer than expected, yet he never once complained or charged any extra. He was incredibly professional, patient, sincere and genuinely one of the kindest people I've met. First time using this company. I contacted Richard in the morning regarding an issue with BFT swing gates that would not close. After he talked me through a few initial checks over the phone, and these did not resolve the fault, Richard and Ollie attended within three hours. They quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem. An excellent service from start to finish.

Helped me out at short notice before Xmas and they have been back to correct issues since. Ollie is very personable and also very competent. They are also local to my area which makes a huge difference in availability.
