Absolutely fantastic experience - from the first enquiry with Charlotte to the installation, the team were so helpful. The pricing was clear and transparent, and extremely good value. The engineer spent time with us discussing how best to plan the alarm system according to the layout of our house (and our pet cat), and there was no sales pressure when providing the initial quotation. The installation with Daryl was arranged quickly and went very smoothly. The alarm is really easy to use, especially with the app, and is exactly what we were hoping for. Excellent company, very professional from start to finish. I never felt pressured in any way. Came round advised what was needed to secure my home and sent details and quote later that day. Two weeks later alarm was fitted very professionally with no mess left. .Ladies in office very helpful if you have any questions or need any ongoing support. Would highly recommend.
