I had been experiencing problems with TV reception and also needed additional TV connectivity in more rooms. I contacted Astbury from a look up on the internet and decided on them because they are a local contractor. I don't believe I could have received a better service anywhere - they were fantabulous! They came out to survey the same afternoon, quoted for the work while on site and carried out the work that same afternoon. Within 6 hours of contacting this company I had fully functional TV in 5 rooms in my home ( I had only one before). I also want to add that the engineer - John (sorry don't know his last name) - who came out to do the quote and then subsequently carried out the work - was brilliant. He was polite, respectful, chatty and despite the fact that he was on my roof on the hottest day in in September for over a 100 years, he was superb. He has a fantastic attitude and approach to his work and exceptional customer service skills. To complete the job he needed reinforcements and his accomplice (again sorry for not knowing names) was equally efficient and pleasant. I've had to deal with a lot of service providers and contractors recently and I would say this has been the best experience by far. Well done to the company, but more so to the guys who actually deliver the services to the customer - John and Co. :)
