Great all round CCTV install service by Caversham Cables, from the survey, quote and scheduling etc by Karl all the way to the excellent install work by Preston. A very thorough and professional job. Thanks Geoff
Excellent service from Karl at Caversham Cables. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. The CCTV installation was neat and carefully done, and Karl took the time to explain how everything worked. I am very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Caversham Cables.
Karl at Caversham Cables provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He connected all three of our office TVs to our PCs and went above and beyond by sourcing and purchasing a replacement TV for us at cost, with no additional markup. Despite it being a Saturday, Karl was happy to help and ensured everything was set up perfectly, including displaying our company logo across all the screens. As the business owner, Karl exemplifies traditional customer service values—professional, honest, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. I cannot recommend Caversham Cables highly enough. If you’re looking for exceptional service and expertise, Karl is the person to call.
Had a network cable run from the ground floor, through the loft, to my first floor office. Price was reasonable and they tidied up a number of other unrelated cables on the front of my house. They even managed to run the cable under my floorboards in the loft room. Everything works as intended and no mess was left. Would recommend them to anyone else.
On initial call seemed everything the reviews lived up to. Then didn’t show up, didn’t return calls and didn’t return my 4 text messages over 2 weeks. Shame really…. I love to support local business.
Excellent service. Karl and Preston installed a Cat6 cable from our router on the first floor to the room on the third floor with absolute professionalism. I’ve got quick response to my initial query and had the job done in a flash, all neat and tidy. There is one happy teenager at home right now thanks to Caversham cables. Highly recommended!
Karl and team were very helpful and did a wonderful job with setting up internet connection to garden room and also enhancing connectivity across our home. Very professional and would definitely recommend.
