Astron were a huge help, offering advice and technical information on our old alarm system. I would like to thank especially Simon Kirsten and Alexander. And would recommend them to anyone looking for any equipment for their business or home as they go above and beyond to help.

Astron installed our alarm system a few years ago and they have continued to look after us both on site and remotely ever since. They are always efficient, friendly and effective. They recently reset our system early on a Saturday morning without any fuss which is great as this was outside of normal business hours. So many thanks, Astron!

Astron Fire and Security are our new partners following the redevelopment of an old Manor House into offices and community space - Simon, Sean and the team have supported us throughout the project, and now as we get used to our new premises and the systems in them. Astron have been managing the fire alarms at a small building for me for some years. They have always been good at keeping appointments, friendly and efficient. Today an engineer inspected a pipping smoke alarm that turned out not to be part of the Astron system but kindly addressed the problem anyway. Many thanks, Astron!

Astron have been a huge help, offering clear advice and technical information. We were given the information that benefitted us (and not them) - as a result we do not need to spend money where it is not needed and have not been pushed into a purchase. Clear and concise advice. I will be using them when it comes time to upgrade our system.

We engaged Astron to fit out our new unit with an extended fire system, a comprehensive CCTV system, Police response intruder Alarm. More recently fire extinguishers plus the associated support services. We have been delighted with their professional approach to everything. We had teething problems with our CCTV but I can not fault Astron’s engineers in ironing these out. Things go wrong, it’s how a company resolves them that is the key! Astron are very responsive and knowledgeable.

Astron are super-helpful, and have a great team of engineers. I have always found them to be great at problem solving, and responsive to any concerns. Highly Recommend!
