Excellent service provided by the team at Anglian Security. We switched to Anglian security September last year after experiencing high service charges from our previous provider. Anglian Security provided a new system which is much more user friendly with the ability to monitor and manage remotely with considerably cheaper costs providing savings year on year. Today we needed assistance to amend a feature of the system. This was dealt with quickly and professionally remotely by the team within a couple of hours of the request. Highly recommend Anglian Security to anyone looking to deal with actual people who care about great customer service. With Anglian Security you are made to feel valued.

Harry serviced our alarm today. He is a very pleasant and friendly person who gets on with the job. He actually installed the system a year ago and he was very thorough and efficient. We have used Anglia Security and Fire for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service, even emergency call outs. The telephones are answered promptly with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We would highly recommend this company and employees.

We have been with Anglian Security & Fire Limited for quite a few years now and have received constantly good service. Today has been a case in point. Harry once again returned to carry out our annual service with a smile on his face and his usual happy disposition. The work was carried out smoothly and professionally, as always. He clearly enjoys his work and it shows.

Had the annual maintenance visit a few months back and I told the engineer that the text alert system was not working when I accidentally triggered the alarm a few months back. He was surprised and tested the system a few times including calling the office. He then found out from the office that the server had stopped working 2 years back. He then assured me that the alarm would still work and we discussed a possible upgrade. Fast forward a few weeks and we were burgled and the alarm definitely did not work. I then decided to get a new alarm system installed and called Anglian Security to inform that their system had failed and asked them if they could remove their system from my property. They wanted me to pay a call out fee for that. The whole experience was wrong on so many fronts.

There are many security installation firms in the area but was 100% happy to choose and hire Anglian Security & Fire Ltd to install my alarm system. From the get go they were prompt with emails, the site visit, further queries I had and most importantly on the day of delivery provided the best service. When installing the alarm system the engineer was tidy with cleaning up after installation, friendly and very knowledgeable on how to operate the alarm system and listened to my requests of how I wanted the fob setup and was able to program the alarm exactly as was best for the home setup. I felt confident using the alarm very quickly and was told I can always get in touch if there are any queries. Very happy with Anglian Security & Fire Ltd - top service.

Dear Darrell, Just wanted to say what a great job Brad did today. He was really knowledgeable and did a really neat job, answered all my questions and was all around extremely professional. On top of that he is a very polite and thoughtful young man and was very respectful of working in our office. The camera and alarm system is all up and running - very impressive service from Anglian Security & Fire. Would recommend them to any small business owners.
