CCTV, intruder and fire alarm installations form the core of the work that customers describe, with several reviewers noting that Michael takes the time to explain what a property genuinely needs rather than overselling equipment. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is his punctuality and the careful way he works, arriving when arranged and completing servicing, testing and installations tidily before leaving everything in working order. A number of reviews mention the neat finish on camera and alarm fittings, including cameras calibrated to suit the specific layout of a home and an automated door closure adjusted for wheelchair access.

Clear explanations recur as a theme, both when quoting and after the job, with the control programme and everyday operation of the system talked through so that householders feel confident using it. His patience, friendliness and willingness to answer queries long after the original installation, including during routine six-monthly servicing, are described as going beyond what is expected. The expertise and advice offered from the first visit onwards, combined with the straightforward booking process, lead customers to describe the whole experience as excellent from start to finish.
