The device stopped working within a week, despite showing as 95% battery on the portal. Not fit for use. Refund requested.
Absolutely fantastic customer support from Lorraine. From the 1st call which was answered in seconds. To the continued emails and updates and background work just to get my clients accounts set up correctly and for future how to go about linking accounts. Honestly cant praise Lorraine enough. Absolute credit to the company.
Jay and his team are always helpful and quick to respond, however you get in touch. Really easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Have 8 of these trackers, all working well. Customer Service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also great value for money with no contract to tie you into.
Put this on my car not really expecting much but I still can’t believe how much data you can get from this little tracker.went on my laptop when I got home. It told me when I left, the route I took, speed limit of the road i was on speed I was doing, and when I had parked up again. Having looked further into it. It even tells you what fuel has been used and if any has been wasted when idling. I would definitely give it more stars if I could. Definitely recommend Trutrak and I shall be buying another for my caravan. I also got a phone call from Trutrak after I had activated it to see if I had any questions about it. Excellent service.
I've had this tracker for almost 2 years now. I didn't install it on the battery like the instructions suggested. Instead opted to hide it under the dashboard. Connected both wires directly to the fuse box. I pay £5.99 a month and I have to say what value for money this is. They could easily charge more (please dont) it's accurate in location and sends me notifications about voltage loss, over speeding and you can set up a geo-fence around the car so you'd get a notification if it moved location. For £5.99 what more could you ask for or even expect!
