Terrible customer service and installation Cabling had no conduit at all - and were very visible on my property Damaged to my property was caused and the response was very dismissive, damaged brickwork, weep vents, commercial waste was left around my property, and my residential bins were also filled without my permission CCTV was faulty, every now and again the cameras would flicker - an attempt to "fix" the issue was done twice and they adamantly said its fixed now without even confirming the problem was resolved from myself all they suggested was to unplug it was an extension lead... turns out the issue was not resolved at all but they were adamant in saying the issue was resolved I was also charged for a HDMI cable but never received one - when I raised this issue I was told "its only a few quid" regardless if its £1 or £100 if i'm being charge I want it The cameras were also installed on top of my up and down lights which were not considered when installing the CCTV system, so whenever my lights are on my cameras are blinded and directly impacted - Alpha CCTV admitted fault in saying they never conducted a thorough enough survey of my property and just wanted to install the system and get my money In the end I instructed Alpha CCTV to return to my property and uninstall the system as it was faulty, bad customer service, bad installation, and in the end I was in the process of issuing a chargeback from my credit card provider Lack of overall professionalism and due diligence by this company

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service has been excellent. Ryan provided clear, detailed advice on the right CCTV setup for my home and made the whole process simple. Mike carried out the installation with real professionalism — punctual, efficient, and took the time to explain the system in a way that was easy to understand. A top class team. These guys are brilliant.. they always look after our camaras and make sure we are good to go!.. they always help on the phone with any dilemmas we have, they are prompt and keep us all updated 😉 would recommend to everyone thanks guys

Excellent communication from Ryan once he completed the quote. Mike turned up early by agreement and shot through the install. I was shown how everything worked, warranty explained and a clear concise bill was sent by email. The company has great standards and delivers as promised. Will definitely use again.

We have recently had our full CCTV installation and couldn't be happier with the product and service from start to finish. Had a few questions which were promptly answered with ease. Alpha were the most competitive company we tried as well, would highly recommend.

Shocked to read the 1⭐️reviews, however looking at those reviewers historical reviews they love a 1⭐️! MY review is a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would give more! Great service, quick and clean installation, I have used them at home and work and have recommended them to friends and other businesses, which I wouldnt do if I didnt think they were spot on. Ryan and the lads are quick to react and advise, always at the end of the phone if I have a query and have performed repairs and replacements at no extra cost. Alpha gets my 👍every time.
