Very experienced training on Teach Safer to deal with behaviours
The training was relevant and well delivered. It improved my confidence in de-escalation, safe breakaway techniques, and reinforced the importance of least restrictive practice and teamwork.
Natural & conversational The trainer was excellent and very engaging. She clearly understood what she was doing. A bit more polished The trainer was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She demonstrated a strong understanding of the material. Warm and appreciative The trainer was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly confident in her expertise.
The trainer was very practical, interactive, engaging and full loaded with resourceful materials.
I have worked with this training provider on several occasions and would highly recommend. I work as an Interim Management Consultant in care homes and use Aim High Training wherever i go. The standards and contents of the Training provided are sceond to none. They are pitched towards each individual regardless of their knowledge level. Colette has a way of finding the right level for everyone to be able to engage. The information that is delivered is retained by staff and utilised and put into practice following these sessions. I genuinely believe that my job is made 10 times easier due to the provider. We get quick wins with training matrix gaps (however make sure you book in to avoid disappointment, as the calendar fills quickly) but the knowledge is long lasting. Refreshers are delivered in a timely manner and no ask is too big. I will continue to request training through Colette because the results speak for themselves. I recommend Aim High to colleagues far and wide Thank you Colette for all you do
