TI Security is a CCTV and alarm installer based in Leeds with 55 years of experience. It has helped over 7,000 businesses. The company serves the business, education and residential sectors, and its engineers are experienced and fully trained. It provides fixed quotes and cost control, and offers site assessments.

Services include repair and maintenance. Completed projects include Hesco Bastion and Lawcris Panel Products, both in Cross Green, Leeds, The Engine Shed in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, and Pride & Produce in Garforth, Leeds. TI Security has been a client of Lawcris Panel Products for over 15 years.

TI Security has built a relationship with many Leeds households that stretches across decades, and a number of reviewers describe long-term reliance on the firm for alarm maintenance, servicing and repairs. Customers mention work such as replacing sensors, internal siren boxes and battery backups, alongside installing a fresh wireless intruder setup for a home and servicing existing wired configurations.

Both installation and annual service visits draw consistent praise, with engineers arriving at the agreed time and explaining the system fully. Named engineers appear often in feedback: Luke, Jack, Chris Clarkson, Scott Clements, Noel and Adam are each described as knowledgeable, polite and thorough, taking time to talk through faults and fixes. More than one customer describes prompt responses, including same-day attention when an alarm sounded unexpectedly, and out-of-hours call-outs handled without fuss.

Tidiness is a recurring theme, with work left clean and property treated with respect. Charges are called fair and reasonable, and communication before, during and after jobs is frequently highlighted, from office staff through to engineers on site. Upgrades and repairs to older systems are described as professional and efficient, with the family-run character noted as part of its appeal. The thoroughness of explanations during service visits closes out much of the feedback.
