The Alarm People Ltd

First time using TAP Ltd arrived on time with a call before hand to make sure all good for visit very friendly and professional checked whole system on arrival plus annual 1st service very happy would recommend no hesitation.

Couldn't fault the engineer, very friendly and knowledgeable about the system. All working as expected. Many thanks

Can’t praise this company enough , their customer service gone beyond whatever expectations you will ever have for a professional company . My alarm system has been very problematic as I had it fitted by somebody else , nothing is too much trouble for them the directors are always asking if things had gone to plan and the alarm engineers themselves namely John , Teddy and Paul go way beyond the call of duty even going out to source a troublesome part then coming back the same day to fit it excellent service thankyou guys .

Prompt response from the team following my change in broadband provider. Although Teddy couldn’t resolve my CCTV connection he endured boiling heat in the loft & assisted in sourcing the necessary boosters that resolved the issue

Very good firm and experts at what they do. Great to see the apprentice that wired my home 5 years ago now a fully qualified engineer. Congrats

Great company providing a top service with friendly engineers. Always easy to contact by phone and happy to help with queries.

Excellent service as usual. Always on time and engineers are friendly and respect property. Been using The Alarm People for years and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.
