Stag Systems Ltd delivers CCTV installations, intruder alarm fitting and fire alarm upgrades, together with ongoing maintenance and servicing, and the pattern running through customer accounts is one of dependable workmanship and knowledgeable engineers. Customers describe multi-camera systems and complete alarm fit-outs in houses and new builds, with the kit and the finish consistently called high quality. A recurring theme is the care taken over the handover, with systems talked through in plain language so that householders with little prior knowledge of security feel at ease operating them.

Rob, Mike and Fraser are named again and again for their expertise, patience and readiness to answer questions long after completion, and for turning out promptly when a fault arises, including resolving a rogue alarm and reprogramming an intruder panel within a day of the request being made. Advice and after-sales support are said to have stayed available across several years, and the maintenance arrangement has been credited with cutting annual costs. Charges are viewed as sensible for the standard of work, while installations are described as tidy and unobtrusive. Repeat contact has since covered servicing and fire alarm improvements.
