Trade installers and households across Birmingham rely on this wholesaler for camera and alarm equipment, and the feedback points to a consistent pattern of knowledgeable counter service. Various customers describe being guided towards the right kit for their existing setup without pressure to buy more than necessary, with staff taking time to explain what suits a particular property and where devices are best positioned.

A number of reviews mention the breadth of stock, covering closed circuit television systems, ctec fire alarms, ip cameras, cabling and indoor and outdoor lighting, which allows a single visit to cover a whole project. Pricing is described as reasonable and competitive for a wholesaler, and the advice is said to be tailored to individual budgets and circumstances.

Named members of staff, including Muhammad, Mr Waseem and Shabaz, are singled out for patience and clear explanations, and the same friendly, helpful manner is noted by people who have bought from the counter over several years as well as by first-time visitors. Aftercare also comes up often, with purchasers of camera, alarm and lighting equipment reporting that support continues once the goods are installed, and the same considerate approach extends to choosing between options for a home or business premises.
