What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Thiru, the engineer most frequently named in feedback, is at the centre of the praise for this London security specialist. Customers repeatedly highlight his punctuality, from issuing quotes through to completing alarm upgrades and camera installations, and describe his manner as polite, patient and respectful of both people and property. A recurring theme is the clarity of his explanations: reviewers note that he talks through the options, offers honest advice and takes time to ensure everything is understood before and after the work.

Installations of Hikvision CCTV, intercoms, Texecom alarms and Ubiquiti wireless access points are described as swift, tidy and carefully finished, with cabling kept neat and systems tested so that apps and recordings run smoothly. Several accounts mention that pricing felt competitive and the service good value. Problems, such as a fault with an existing house alarm, are said to have been resolved successfully during the visit. The personal touch, coupled with technical knowledge and reliable communication, comes up often, and many reviewers state they would use the firm again for security work.

Excellent service from start to finish. SatFocus installed CCTV cameras and the whole job was clean and professional. The engineers arrived on time, drilled through the walls neatly, and added trunking to hide all the wiring so everything looked tidy. They cleaned up any mess before leaving, and took the time to walk me through the system's features and how to use and configure it myself. Really happy with the work — would highly recommend.
