Emergency call and Finley was really helpful over the phone. Then he came out and did the necessary work. Excellent service!

Had my alarm fitted by Ryther and, from first contact through to installation, they have been excellent. They understood my requirements, made great suggestions and provided a great solution. Professional, friendly and accommodating as I went through completion of the house purchase. Planned install was undertaken when promised by Shane, who could not have been nicer and more competent - this guy knows what customer service is, for sure! No question was too much hassle and he helped me get fully set up and trained. A neat job, a good price and a decent set up - very pleased. Looking forward to many years of engagement and plan to take out a service plan when my first year comes to a close.

Received excellent service from Fin at Ryther Alarms. He arrived within 30 mins of calling. Fin fixed a smoke alarm that was not part of his job (which helped me out immensely!) and serviced the burglar alarm in no time. Very impressed with how helpful he was and highly recommend

My house alarm developed a problem, and upon investigation I discovered that the company who fitted it were no longer trading. I gave this company a ring to see if they could help and they were great. He tried to rectify the problem over the phone with no luck. However he tracked down one of his engineers who was free and sent him around in minutes. The engineer was friendly helpful and informative and he sorted the problem out in no time. Excellent service and honest pricing, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

A very polite, young man came to do the annual service on our alarm system this morning. As he hadn’t been before I showed him around the system and then left him to carry out the servicing. Finn is a credit to the company. Thank you very much.

Ryther Alarms fitted our CCTV system about 3 years ago. They were incredibly helpful when figuring out how to get a system that worked for us and around our difficult listed building. Since then, they have been out to service it and been on hand to help with any questions we have had and have always been super helpful. Fantastic local company that I would highly recommend!

I rang Ryther Alarms as the company we had got our cctv from was no longer trading . I told Gary my problem and he patiently talked me through what to do, he said if I needed anymore help to contact him . After some further help from Gary we were up and running again. I can’t thank him enough for doing this free of charge . If this is the level of support he gives to some random person that rings up I can’t imagine what support he gives to his customers. When we come to upgrade our cctv or our alarm we will be coming to Ryther Alarms
