Fitted security cameras for my dad after he'd had property stolen, Tom came as soon as he could was quick to organise, quote and to fit and mainly Tom made my dad feel at ease and confident in him and his work. Review based on my own personal experience. I initially messaged Access Vision on a Sunday afternoon expecting to get a reply sometime during the working week, Tom replied within 20 mins. He came the next morning and we discussed what I wanted, which was a new CCTV setup. I received a quote later that same day. By Friday of the same week I was all installed and set up. During the install there was an unforeseen issue with the power source in our property and Tom actually went that extra mile to resolve this and to be honest he didn't need to. Tom is certainly very good and experienced at what he does and is generally a very friendly, caring guy which clearly helps. The following days I did have a slight oddity that required Tom to come back out to which he did quickly and we were all sorted. The camera pickup range, image and sound quality is brilliant as is the phone/tablet app that allows you (or family) members to see live and playback footage. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend you get in touch with Tom and Access Vision to see they can help you also. Tom at Access Vision is fantastic. From my initial message to him, he responded in a timely manner and called to see me to quote as he said he would. Much to my expectations, he completed the works of my CCTV upgrades and TV/aerial/socket fitting within a few days. A great guy, easy to get on with & very helpful with regards any questions you may have. Highly recommended. I’ll be using Tom again for sure 👍
