Mike was supposed to service my Alarm and CCTV, in March 2026, he asked for the full money up front, telling me someone had scammed him, so he was wanting money first to secure my booking date. Kept asking me for the money every day. Told him I wasn't willing to pay it all as we've never done that, plus that he sounded desperate by the way he was going on for it, when he had installed the CCTV and alarms over a year ago he came across as a nice guy, he completed the work with his Father, . I paid £60 for good measure for the alarm service and told him, he'll get the rest when the jobs completed. He never turned up saying he was at the hospital with his son he's split his lip. He sent a photo to prove this. Told me he will call in later that was two weeks ago, needless to say he is not going to turn up by the looks of it. he's has ignored my texts and calls. I went with my instinct to not pay all the money. I'm shocked that he's scammed me. After telling him I had been scammed from someone. It's not a nice feeling. To find he's done this too. I did think I could trust him. I will be taking action against him. Don't hand over anything to this man. Make him do the work first as he did do a good job for me. But it's not worth loosing any money.

Mike is a fraud. He took 510 pound from me for doing media wall and did not return the money. It's a fraud company.
