We are disappointed with our experience dealing with this company and engineer Imran Khan. A written quotation was provided confirming that the agreed price included labour, materials, testing, certification and completion of the fire alarm and Ansul interface works with no additional charges. Engineer Imran Khan attended site and partially carried out the works, however the system was left incomplete. After this, additional payment outside the written agreement was requested and the engineer refused to return to complete the job. This unfortunately caused delays, disruption and additional costs to our project. We attempted to resolve the matter professionally before being forced to look for another contractor. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again and unfortunately would not recommend their services to others.
